We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or replacement options where a purchase decision changes after sale (for example incorrect choice, preference change, or no longer required).

Faulty Items

If a product has a confirmed functional or manufacturing fault, it may be assessed and resolved by repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

  • Proof of purchase is required

1-Year Limited Warranty

Office Today provides a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase for Asia Luggage products covering:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Defective materials
  • Defective workmanship

Not Covered

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Transport damage after collection/delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage only
  • Indirect or consequential loss

Return Conditions

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Include accessories where available
  • Items are assessed before approval

Refund Processing

  1. Item is inspected
  2. Approval decision is provided
  3. Refund processed to original payment method
