Office Today provides a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase for Asia Luggage products covering:
- Manufacturing faults
- Defective materials
- Defective workmanship
Not Covered
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Transport damage after collection/delivery
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage only
- Indirect or consequential loss
Return Conditions
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Include accessories where available
- Items are assessed before approval
